Major tornado outbreak yesterday

In a quick follow-up from my post from yesterday, it appears that the first "High Risk" of 2008 issued by the SPC verified nicely (in a strictly meteorological sense).

The various news services are reporting up to 50 deaths, and several supercells with long-track, violent tornadoes evidently occurred in AR and TN. SPC has recorded over 70 preliminary reports of tornadoes (but this list often contains duplicates and omissions). Does anyone know if there exists a succinct compilation of post-storm tornado reports for each synoptic-scale cyclone, other than the NCDC/SPC monthly archive of "final reports"? In events like this, the various NWS local offices often publish nice graphics summarizing paths and damage, etc., but is this done on a national scale? It would be nice to get an idea of how many tornadoes this storm system actually produced.

Here are a few photos I copied from the NY Times. From top to bottom, Atkins, AR; Butler County, MO; and Jackson, TN. Hopefully this early start to the season (two early-Jan storm systems produced several additional tornadoes, with 16 and 36 tornado reports, respectively, recorded on 08 and 10 January in the SE) is not a foreshadowing of spring.
