An article worth reading ...

No matter where you stand in the theopolitical spectrum, I think this article from the NY Times is worth reading. Give it a glance, and let me know what you think. (I imagine you already know what I think about it).

Very interesting article!! I'm a Christian and I normally vote for Republicans but I totally agree with him. It's really sad that so many people walked out of the church because of him saying what needed to be said.

I think the best part of the article comes when the pastor says, "America is not the light and hope of the world. Jesus Christ is the light and hope of the world." So true.

Finally someone who's willing to stand up and say hard things that, like Matt says, need to be said. Kudos for the post. You beat me to it.

Great article. I really enjoyed reading it, thanks for sharing. I agree, the best part was about Jesus being the light of the world, not America.
