Chapter Four
Yesterday I completed a draft of chapter four!!! 78 pages, including figures (about half of those are text). Now I'm writing ch. 3, and I have to complete chapter 1 and write chapter 5. To use horse race terms, I am making the final turn and heading for the back stretch!
This weekend I'm going to Colorado for 3 days and will attempt to scale Mt. Elbert. Stay tuned for some photos!

Congrats on your appointment in Chile!! You commented right after I had looked at your blog; my budy told me the guy going to Chile left a comment and I had only known that was you 2 days before. I'll have to see if I can swing another trip down there sometime after I get back and employed again.
hey man, keep on rockin out. hope the hike went well. bust out a few more pages for me if you can manage that. hope all is well. things good here. start school tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it. I'm really looking forward to this year. It could be quite a fun year i expect... rather hope...
